|  new emperor model? my friend said that when 5th edition is relised they will be making a model for the new emperor the problem i have with trusting him is... i didnt know there was a new emperor and wouldnt he be too powerful?

| Re: new emperor model? Well this is the 1st I've heard of it- I think your friend is BSing you. You'd have to ask the Vets who've been in the hobby more than 10yrs but I dont think there has ever been an Emperor model and I cant imagine they'd release one for 5th Edition

Blog Entries: 1 | Re: new emperor model? in over 15 years of gaming the only emp minis i've ever seen have been ones that someone has spent ages converting. although i can see gw releasing a special release mini along the likes of the gotrex and felix collection they did a while back for fantasy, that isn't beyond the realms of possibility but it wouldn't have tt rules. |

| Re: new emperor model?  I am pretty sure your buddy is pulling your leg there buddy. But if there ever was such a model released, I'm pretty sure it would be ment as some sort of collectors item, I mean it wouldnt be beyond GW or any gaming company to do something like that. Maybe they would throw in some 'special' rules for him for 'special' scenarios or whatever. That might be kinda cool actually lol. Definetly a model I would love to have even if I couldnt use it =P

I think a model of the 40K Emperor of Man would be like a statue of The Almighty. You cannot personify an idea and I think it is a hand in hand likeness of a religion. Sure make statues of the God Emperors sons to put in the dash of your Chimera, BUT not of the Emperor. Catch the SYMBOLOGY??? (Name that Movie!!!) |

I can think some stats for him All stats are 10 +2S +2IS Special Rules: Can re-roll failed hits, wounds, armor saves, armor penetration fearless must bring Horus at the start of the battle roll a D6 and on a roll of 2-6 all of your units gain the starts of the Emperor. On a 1, Horus betrays you, and him and helf of your army can be used by your opponent
