| yea, if you can't find any rules i'm sure it's fine to just use him as a commander with lightning claws, frags, any other touches you wish to add. :] -ant

| haha he doesn't look THAT bad does he ? although i think a helmet would be cool on him too...sicarius' model has a SWEET pose, really. :] the head is only okay though.. -ant

| i dont have the sicarius promo mini. im just gonna make my own :P all i have are the paired lightning claws at the moment. ill have more bitz soon :P

| ok i found it :P WD319 aus. He is represented with space marine commander's profile rather than a normal captian's. armed with a pair or master crafted lightning claws, equipped with artificer armour and termie honours.
