| There are more minor powers in the WD. I think there are some in Chapter Approved 2004, too. Yeah, that's one thing that should definitely go in the next Chaos codex: all the rules for all the units psychic powers, etc. None of this "reference another GW production".

| all the chaos minor powers are now in codex: chaos space marines. as they're in the codex, you *do not* need your opponent's permission to use them! however, if you want to use any of the 'generic' minor psychic powers, then you will need your opponent's permission. you also can't use any generic minor powers in a tournament either as they are technically 'trial rules'. cheers!
