| ok me and my friend are playing the campagin in WD decmber issue, and we are on the second battle. we play at work so we are only part why through the batte( combat patrol) now i have just deepstrked my termis in an took out his farseer then he assualted me with 3 squads , hence my question as initiative was 4 all round we hit at the same time , now after all hits (his and mine) were done and wounds saved or not i killed 2 in one of his squads and he only got one of my termis with another of his sqauds . now as there are 4 sqauds all in assualt how do we sort out who won that round and who has to take LD test to stay in or fall back. does his squad that took the 2 wounds take LD test or not . we have no idea as one of his squads beat me ie it got one wound but the other lost . any help would be great i know the termis with power fist strike at initiative 1 but we split my attacks up to make it fair ie myfirst attak with the storm bolter was initiative 4 and the pwerfist was after his atack at initiative 1 was this right or wrong |

| All the combatants from one player count as one side. So you inflicted more wounds on the Eldar as a whole, so you won combat. All of his units must make a leadership test. You can't split up attacks between weapons, I don't think. I believe it's one or the other. So it's either all powerfist or no powerfist. Bt I'm not completely sure on that.

Blog Entries: 4 | As I see it you won the combat overall (because it counts as one combat), so the Eldar must take a leadership test. You should have made all your Terminator attacks at the same time at Initiative 1. |

| as the others have pointed out, you won the combat as you always count 'total wounds' caused by each side! as for splitting attacks between weapons, you can do that - but only with 2 single-handed weapons. for example; a chaplain w/thunder hammer & crozius (4 attacks total) is fighting against 2 orks and 1 nob. the space marine player decides that 3 of his attacks will use the crozius and smack the orks before they can hit the chappy. his last attack will use the thunder hammer so the chappy can try and instant death the T4 nob! cheers!
