Default Skimmers movement question

Can skimmers move over infantry, or do they have to move around them?

I ask because in Cities of Death it's very close combat oriented, with many narrow passages and alleys. If a squad of troops is in an alleyway, is it possible for the skimmer to move over them?

I know skimmers don't have to take dangerous terrain tests, which is also why I ask.

I would assume they could freely move over a squad of troops, as long as they didn't end their turn on them.

Skimmers can move over infantry or anything else on the battlefield for that matter....tanks, building, walkers, etc....they can end their movement over friendly infantry/units as they are hovering above them....but they cannot end their movement over enemy infantry as the 1" rule applies....

Skimmers can't end their move over infantry, friendly or otherwise.
They can hover over terrain no problem.

with stubber. all movement is free for skimmers, except when the stop they can not be on top of inpassable terrain of on top of any other bases.
