Quick question about the new rules for these chaps.

So what using the rokkit packs you roll the D6 to see if they crash and for the extra movement. My question is, does that mean apply the D6 result after they have moved up to 12"? Or do they move up to 6" and then the D6?

From the wording of the Rules you can move up to the full 12" before the mandatory D6 is rolled, if you move AT ALL you have to roll as well.
