I dont know where it says that Chaos Orks.. is not possible... maybe they are heavily dependent on Gork or Mork.. that they thought they saw him, but really it was a Chaos God in disguise haha.

There is no real reason why Orks wouldn't Worship chaos aside from the Orks' own nature. Apparently they have a simplicity of purpose that most of the Chaos gods find abhorrent. To be honest though, I would have thought orks would be Khornates, what with the charging and the bloodlust and whatnot...

Chaos orks are possible but they are only on the fringes of ork society, there aren't that many because the orks natural resistance to possession and other orks well see them as un-orky and deal to them
