Blog Entries: 1 | this is what i have so far for my sisters The order of battle sisters named the order of the crimson light are in the category of the orders minoris. Their symbol is splayed arcs of red on a white field, representing the blood given by the order to defend the imperium from the enemies of mankind. The order believes that only once the traitor adeptus astartes’ of the chaos legions are purged from the galaxy with bolter and purifying flame that the imperium will have peace. Therefore they guard the Cadian gate with the imperial guard, being housed in an ancient star fort the size of a planet, made from asteroids merged together by forgotten technology around a ramilies class starfort. Sisters/Ordo Hereticus are more concerned within internal moral threats, and very a monastery and such, but they are almost constantly on the move/crusade. So, a moving star fort bit is best for SM, not SoB. SoB would be more like strike cruisers, etc.. Or perhaps Ordo Hereticus styled battle barges and capitol ships. Also, the whole 'forgotten' tech bit is convient and contrived, and far, far over used. If you're going to make it forgotten tech, have it mapped out better. Who made the tech, or who do we think made it? Does it pre-date the Great Crusade, or even the Imperium/conquering of Earth? My main beef is SoB are NOT garrison forces. I really don't like that bit at all.

Blog Entries: 4 | As cool as it would be for your fluff to be true, I do have to agree with Erus here. You could always have them originating from a near-cadia Cardinal world, traveling based on a starship twice the size of a battle barge made to look like one of the grandest cathedrals of the Emperor from that Cardinal world. This ship would prowl the Cadian gate sectors, making sure the population are in check, rooting out psyckers, mutants and heretics, and also be ready to fight any CSM incursions.
