Hey guys!

First of all, I just got screwed by a powerseller on ebay, RogueTraderToys, out of $300. Not only did he keep my money, but I never got any of the figures I bought from him. So... now I am out all the money, but I also dont have any way of getting the figures now. This is where you, my fellow Terrans come in.

I need your help getting some figures. I live in nowheresville, and so do not have sufficient store nearby to find the figures. Will you help me?

I can pay cash, or trade GW (or other) stuff for them. (please hand on to your receipts)

Target has put the GI JOE 25th Anni, COBRA LEGIONS box sets on discount.. I heard like $6-10 !!!

PLEASE. I'll take 2 if you can accquire them. But even one would do.
The set contains Cobar Commander (black), Storm Shadow, Cobra Air Trooper, Cobra Driver, and Cobra Trooper. IF they are only $6 or $7 each, get me like 4 if possible. Please.

Did you use PayPal? If so then you can get your money back.

As to the GI Joe stuff yeah I saw some last week (almost bought it myself) and will check for you. What state would I be shipping it to?

Because the auctions were back in Oct 07, my time for reporting it as non recieved on ebay, has expired as they only give you 60 days.

Paypal is worse. They only give you 45 days. WTF??


So due to the nature of this transaction, (the items were pre-order) and due to Hasbro's delays, I knew I would have to wait a bit.

But the seller was a powerseller with over 600 positive feedbacks. Plus wanted to do continuous transactions with me as more products came out.

So I think he just didnt end up getting the stuff like he expected, and then just didnt bother to refund every body thier money.

I would VERY much appreciate that man. Any help at this point getting any of those GI Joe or Star Wars items would be SO appreciated.

I live in NY. 14895. I would pay shipping too of course. Unless we work out a trade, then we each pay our own shipping.

As for Paypal, yes, I did use paypal. But they only give you 45 days to file a complaint. Paypal has YET to ever work in my favor on something. They seriously need some competition.

45 days... whats up with that?! Some things take longer than that to ship for crying out loud. Retarded paypal.

Again, any help accquiring GI Joe & Star Wars figures would be SO appreciated.

We only have a K-Mart in our town. That's it. I get to Wal-Mart once in a great while. But that's a few towns away. And they often dont have anything.

PayPal normally rules in favour of buyers but I guess the 45 day rule can be annoying. I have looked at that roguetraderguy and his recent feedback is mostly pretty terrible

Yeah, when I originally purchased with him, he had perfect (if not, then near perfect) feedback. Now he has gotten over 30 in the last months time.
