Blog Entries: 4  |  Wanted: Mechwarrior Since I'm moving in with a couple friends I've managed to talk them into playing Battletech, but to keep things cheap We'll be using Wizkid's Mechwarrior figures instead of pewter CBT ones. Does anyone have any they want to part with? Now remember I'm going to be ripping them from their bases and repainting them, so the cheapest ones are the best, unless you don't care that I'm going to ruin a rare one.

 | Re: Wanted: Mechwarrior Well I looked at ebay and there was SEVERAL listings where they were selling <$.50 each model and most were larger lots 50+ models. There is also some terrain pieces there for cheap too! If no luck here man hit up ebay!!

| Re: Wanted: Mechwarrior Just a heads up, The mechwarrior "clicky" game peices are not the same scale as the classic Battletech ones. Your the troop type models and maybe the tanks could work.. but as for the mechs themselves, they are far to big for the hexagon grid.

Blog Entries: 4 | Re: Wanted: Mechwarrior yeah, I use the upscaled miniatures rules from Battletech, it works perfectly....it's like some just clicked the 2x button in real life. I've looked through ebay, and while it's perfect for getting hard to find pieces, they don't seem to sell a lot of the regular ones. I've since given up on trying to win bidding contests because I'm sick of losing to everyone in the last 2 seconds when they bid .10 more then me.
