Blog Entries: 1  |  crap. i really want to get WOW, and actually i only have to pay the monthly cost (my friend is hard core WOW, i can borrow his discs) but this song is making me regret thinking about getting wow. (especialy the part about it being time consuming.)

| Conscript | Re: crap. yeah WOW really is a drug. one of my best friends has been awol for over a year now. we used to hang out all the time and play 40k together. now im lucky if i see him once a month. we used to live in a flat together for about 6 months last year, and i can honestly say when he wasnt working he dbe on that damn computer of his playing WOW from 10:00 am to 3:00 am the next day with 1 or 2 stops for toilet use and food preparation. you can kiss your life goodbye if you start playing WOW! |

Blog Entries: 5 | Re: crap. But Guild Wars servers sucks, you rcharacters are limited, and to get the full experience of the game, you have to buy extra add-ons anyway. Plus, it comes out with an exspansion every six months, and some of the add-ons/new content is son negligible, it would have been just a patch for WoW, but w/ Guildwars you have to buy another exspansion. It equals out to the same in cost, honestly.

| Conscript | Re: crap. not really. 6 months of WOW fees = $60 1 expansion every 6-9 months for guilwars = less than $60 though its true about the servers, but WOW looks so horrible, if youre looking for somethi you can enjoy just looking at id have to sugest guildwars, which i fell in love with straigtha way. i could never get around the general cartooniness of WOW, which is why im looking forward to age of conan now more than WAR! |
