The multiple armor packs, etc.. (beyond the heavy and light spartan variant, there are OTHERS) will require play in SINGLE player or CO-OP campaign and require you to do certain things (for a lame example, assassinate a golden elite with a sword, or some crap). So the campaign will be a bit more integral from what I hear. Besides.. Who doesn't love a little classic Halo 1 co-cop action. Library on Legendary anyone?

Blog Entries: 4  | Halo 3 storyline is highly intricate. I've spent probably half a month's equivalent in hours trying to absorb all the details, and outside-influences and references. (look up the Cortana Messages, those were a highly interesting read) so people who love intricately woven stories with biblical references and cool stuff like that scattered liberally throughout, it's definitely worth a buy, or at least a rent (or borrow) Anyone know if the Halo 3 armour changes are cosmetic or actually have variable stats, such as armour, speed, shield, etc? (I have identified some of the beta armours as SPI, Mark 6 and Mark 7, and possibly specialist armour that the Grey Team MIGHT have access to. tonz of new ones of course) And us 40k peeps all gonna love the Spartan Laser aren't we. hehe EDIT: Oh and on a separate but similar note, PISTOLS ARE NOT MEANT TO BE UBERPOWERED LOL. please, at least consider that the game has to have some sense of realism here. and the Spike Grenade is totally Gears of War ripoff... EDIT 2: new weapons not mentioned (as far as i can see): minigun, underslung rocket pod (looks like a sleeker version of SM Hunter Killer missile), and all the "gadgets" such as shield grenade, shield drainer, etc etc.
