Blog Entries: 4   |  woah...Woah...WOAH! Hold up a minute Mythic... Okay I understand that games need a bit of "artistic license" type thing to go with them, but I just recieved my WAR monthly newsletter by email today... ...And I nearly had a heart attack. So Fantasy experts, fluff nuts, and WAR fans, all gather round: Two simple questions, and some not so simple ones: 1) WTH? A "Disciple"? Is that even Fluff-Canon? 2) ScorcerER (i.e. not ESS) Same deal. Is THIS Fluff-Canon? 3) Should such "reckless disregard of fluff" (as my friend calls it, who, to his best knowledge, reckons the above two questions should be answered false) be allowed? Now obviously this has gone through the GW's Hell-Chain (i.e. the IP/Legal department), and so they must have let this through. Your opinions please =]

I think they ran out of class ideas so they just resorted to this~ I think its fine imo. BTW hes talking about Warhammer Online and the Newletter talking about the Dark Elves Classes.

Blog Entries: 2  | You`re friend is HORRIBLY wrong  SORCERERS ARE FLUFFY, it`s just older fluf Just like the omnipotent space marine and shuriken catabults being shuriken launching crossbowsAs for WAR, every little thing in that game goes through the Games Workshop filter Male sorcs are in the fluff, dig it up  Dunno about the disciples, they can be made up as the zealots, i`m completly in the dark there Next time, please calm down before acusing Mythic of going astray :P You`ve no idea how much they put into being as fluffy as posible :P PS Games Workshop are allowed to come up with as many new things as they want :P and change whatever they please. It`s THEIR game, not ours PPS They even added fluff to make a White Lion pet class fluffy :P

Blog Entries: 4 | hmm... IIRC Only females were permitted to practise magic though? Oh well... I still think they should have put Assassins in there instead of them Disciples... But you guys are right I was a little overboard. Mostly cuz i hate to see major changes come through from second or third party BEFORE GW does anything to their own range. Not just for GW's games. For anything. Once again, I let a pet peeve get the better of me hehe

At this rate we'll REALLY HAVE female space marines... *grumble* And as for the assassin thing, I wasn't implying that the assassin should REPLACE the disciple, only that it would be cool if he were in the game. Crit-DPS and stealth = awesome.

Warrior preist. because thier just funny. in thier own way. that and i love the Two handed sculpt thats avalable. and they have a cool skills tree, from what ive heard. only thing i have a problem is, is the monthly subscription fees. i hope they do a PRE paid time card, rather than just direct debit. i dont like things like that, i prefer cash payments.
