Gamer in Need - 40K Terra

As you all know, a large portion of California is now a campfire. One such place has calimed the home of a fellow gamer. His friends have started an effort to help him get back a little of what he has lost.

I have asked about the army that he had which was lost in the fire. I would like send him a core army to play, but to do it I will need help.

At this point I only know that he is a chaos player. I have some chaos I will be putting up myself which should cover most of the core. If there is onayone else who would like to make a gamer's tragedy become a time of joy, please contact me via this thread or by email with what you would like to donate to help. I would like to have this shipped in time to be there by Christmas.

As an aside to this, if Plisken needs our help, I would like our efforts here to go to help him with his collection as I also have a another group working on this. Let's help other enjoy this time even though bad things have happened. We may game for fun, but come to another gamer for the same reason. Many will have enought to worry about without trying to raise funds for the game on top of that. Let's help them to keep having fun!

If can donate a large, large portion of chaos. Probably about 1K or so of marines, and some other miscellanious, as well as a HELL of a lot of bits. I'll write up a list tonight. Can you get more info on what Legion he plays? I have a lot of Legion Specific bits I could donate.

I had several sales I had never had confirmed/have fell through/I gave up on ever receiving payment. So, pending checking on them I can donate a nicely converted daemon prince, a rhino (doors off, but i'll send them too) about 20 or so bolter toting marines w/ aspiring champions, and more. Even got some sonic bits i'll toss in in case he wants a squad.

6x Chaos Marines - no arms, standard back packs (can still equip with variety of weapon options)
6x Chaos Marines - mutation spru heads, old possessed metal backpacks, no arms (same as above)
1x Chaos Rhino with Gunner and Converted tank commander (vehicle commander torso, plasma pistol, slaanesh head, pointing havoc champion arm)
15x Chaos Marines w/ Bolt Pistol CCW. Some have Ammo pouches, etc...
?x Various half built marines. I can probably field close to a 5 man squad if I make them all.
2x Sonic Marines (one blast master, 1 Sonic Blaster + CCW with blaster converted to one handed!)
?x Aspiring Champions with doom sirens, and varying between Bolt Pistol and Power Weapon or Bolt Pistol and Power Fist.
1x partially finished true scaled Sorcerer. Will finish and prime.

That's the prelim list... Will post final tonight or tomorrow after talking to the only buyer/trade that actually held up. And.. I have to think, but i've a fairly nicely painted and covnerted predator I might throw in to the lot.

Everyone hold off for a moment. I have hit resistance from the orignal poster and trying to work out how to get things to the guy who lost his house. i will update as soon as I can.
