Nurgle feel no pain - 40K Terra

Hi all,
Just a quick one, Eldar pathfinders or scouts etc with sniper weapons. As the weapon has no strength and always wounds on a 4+ can the nurgle feel no pain come into effect, ie weapon double strength as the weapon has no strength??? This could also be said for the wraith cannon as it also has no strength.

I'd say it would. But that's just my two cents. The strength is non-existent, therefore it can't be double, so it comes into effect.

thats correct - Plague marines do get FNP against sniper rifles and other ranged weapons that do not use a strength value to wound
