Blog Entries: 1 | So. We've been on Orange for, 2, 3 years now. Loyal customers. However recently, we have discovered, despite being in the range, we are not getting the speed of internet we should be ,so decide to cancel. Oh but no. We call their number. Go through some robotic woman that repeatedly says she doesn't catch the first option we pick, and then decides to ignore the second option we pick, taking us to technical support. I pressed 2, NOT 5, OK? Then we get through to tech support, and hey, Pakistani. Repeats the same sentence - "Hello, this is Orange Broadband wireless and technical support, how can we help you?" - four times, and whats more when we answer he says that he cannot hear us. 3 Times we rang up. And the response was EXACTLY, the God Damned Same! Then, after me almost throwing the phone out of the window, I check their site and see that the post I got the original number for is old, and that a new one about the subject has been created. Did we get informed this? No. We ring this number, and go through the process, but of course, they want to convince us to stay. I put down my foot and told them the reasons we were changing, when my mum took over and went polite style. Probably the best choice. But it just shows how bad the service really is. Thanks Chris

| Just move to Kent- They're setting up fibre-optic cables that can run broadband at up to 100 megabits a second! Just give me a new Mac 8-core and a connection to the internet in Ebbsfleet Valley and I'll be one happy guy! ![]()
