Emperors Children Combat Patrol - 40K Terra

Would this be doable?
I would be doing a standard 400pts list and the 500pt variant we tend to play at GW:Leicester, would this actually be doable to theme it entirely around Slaaneshy troops or would I have to have normal ones?

I think you can pull it off Zeb, but they'd have to be small comabt squads if you are looking for sonic wpns.
