  |  Baneblade or no Baneblade? So, for christmas, I am getting 2-3 Baneblades, dont know how many yet, but at least 2. So, do I do the crazy thing and add one of these behemoths to my Thousand Sons force (who I am tooling up for APOC)? Here is what I have so far; Demon Prince Sorceror Lord on Bike 5 Chaos Bikers 5 Terminators 4 Sorcerors 32 Thousand Sons Marines Predator So, I cant come to a decision as to whether I should add one of these monsters to my force. I still need to get 2 more sqauds of thousand sons marines, more terminators, another Predator, and a vindicator. I also have an idea for getting 2-3 squads of chaos space marines dedicated to tzeentch, seeing as how my predator, terminators, bikers, and sorceror lord arent actually thousand sons marines, but members of Salvations Fallen, a band of renegade marines in the services of tzeentch. So, do I add the Baneblade and Chaos marines?

Blog Entries: 1 | could be very cool if you can get the modelling ideas to gel right. are we thinking possession here? cos a 'blade with flames and a bunch of screaming faces would be the way to go i think.

Blog Entries: 4 | I don't see why not, the Nurgle lovers have one, Why can't Tzeentch? As for myself I plan on finishing off my Thousand Sons to about 3000 points and then adding in Traitor Guard devoted to Tzeentch, though I don't think I'll have enough money for a Baneblade.

| any chaos force can use rogue imperial datafax sheets. says so in the chaos entry  ive seen an iron warriors baneblade....(yea those iron warrior players breakin out the basalisks again for apoc...) i would definatly use it with thousand sons, though build up your basic guys before starting on the blade.

| Yeah, I am getting 2 for christmas like I said, but I do need more Marines! My idea for my Banblade is green stuffing warp flames onto it and then green stuffing figures into it! I am looking forward to having it! It will make a great addition to my force!

Blog Entries: 1 | sounds good dude. go for it. lots of leering faces and flames. you any good with gs? a good sized flame coming from the main barrell would be very kewl. i'd like to get one myself but it aint happening anytime in the near futrue. check out the old wd issue # 266 for some ideas from the vehs. thats the issue with 1000 sons in index astartes. also alot of egyptian style hiroglyphs would fit in well. post some pics of the bad boy when you get it going and when its finally done! also not sure if where you are you have access to apple barrel paints but i'm gonna try the crackle medium on an old rhino i want to use for my 1000 sons and see if i can get it to come out right. i'll post it all up in the painting tuts section. if it can be done correctly that would look awesome!
