| Corporal   |  If you ran into some T-sons, will they kill you on the spot? zerkers will chop you, noise marines will make you deaf hen rape you, and plage marines will give you every disease in existance. but will the T-sons open fire to every thing that gets near them?

| first they would probably shoot me with those psycker rounds. then they would use my left over remains for some kind of warp magic ritual. or i would run away cuz there so damn slow.  |

| probably depends on your race. They'd probably shoot tau, SM, guard, eldar, and tyranids. Orks they might try to see if they would be useful slaves, then kill them.

| Lieutenant  | Actually the emperor already declared the Thousand Sons *almost* heretics  as in "pending inspection" after Magnus used chaosy spells to contact the Emperor Russ was ordered to ESCORT Magnus to the Emperor but Horus persuaded the old hot headed space wolf to attack Magnus instead, as he was a disgrace and a threat to the emperor or some other trivial reason And magnus was never trully 100% pro chaos. Not even after he became a demon prince. All he cared about after he ran away was taking care of his legion. He almost died of a heart attack when he saw what Ahriman had done to his legion

| The Emperor banned Magnus' from studying sorcery and so forth, pre-heresy. However, Magnus continued to do so in secret. It is implied that he saw into the future, and predicted the heresy, in the novel False Gods, during an interesting dream sequence during which Horus is being healed by the Serpent Lodge. The Word Bearers Chaplain, Erebus, disguises himself as Hastur Sejanus, a deceased member of the Sons of Horus, and one of Horus closest advisers (And friends), being part of the Mournival. During the 'dream', Erebus tries to convince Horus that he shall be forgotten, and plants the seeds of heresy in the Primarch's mind. During it, Magnus appears and tries to warn Horus, but to no avail, as he is being watched (Psychically, I presume) by the Emperor (He is entering the dream from a location undisclosed), and must leave. Later, he tries to send a warning to the Emperor, but to do so he must defeat the Emperor's psychic defences. When the Emperor, in his anger, ignores Magnus' warning, it serves only to weaken the Imperial defences, and so Russ is sent to escort Magnus to the Emperor, but Horus persuades him to attack the 'Traitor' (Talk about calling the kettle black  ). Magnus is thus forced into the protection of Horus, and is thus forced, unwillingly, to commit heresy.
