| Trooper ![]() | So I'm getting my younger brother in 40k and he wants to play Thousand Sons an I being a loyal guard & Ork player dont know too much about them. So heres a few things I had questions about while I was looking through the Codex... 1. Can thousand sons marines take anything besides bolters? 2. Do i need to pay 10pts for the mark of Tzeetch for all my marines or just the aspiring champion? 3. In a 400pt combat patrol, do I need to take an HQ choice with the Mark of Tzeetch? I may have misread but I think I saw something about regular Marines counting as elites if they are not led by a character who bears the same mark. Also a sample 400pt list would be appreciated so that I can help get his army started. Thanks! ![]() |

Aspiring Champions, and anyone else who is a sorcerer, may take any weapons available to them. Regular marines, however, are stuck with bolters [a bit silly. they should be able to have plasma guns.] Quote:
