using BA and the deathwatch rules i came up with this.

C&C welcome.

Vital Crusaders Combat Patrol: 400 PTS
HQ

Chaplain 125 PTS
Power Armor, Jump Pack, Crozius (Power Weapon), Storm Bolter,

Elite

Ardent Avengers (Death Company) x3 75 PTS
Jump Packs, Bolt Pistol, Chainsword, Furious Charge, Rending, Feel No Pain

Troops

Life Seekers (Tactical Squad) x5 135 PTS
Vet SergentPower Armor, Bolters, 1 Heavy Bolter (with suspensor), bolt pistol, frag, krak grenades

Razorback transport 65 PTS
Twin Linked Heavy Bolter, Smoke Launchers, Searchlight, Extra Armor, Super-Charged Engines

Total: 10 Minis, 400 PTS

All looks good. I would consider a bolt pistol rather than storm bolter, for the +1 attack. And make sure your chappy doesn't have more than 2 wounds!

Other than that... Great list!

combat patrol the chappy can have more than 2 wounds. You might be thinking of killteam.

No.. It's combat patrol.. Nothing more than 2 wounds, or 12 AV armor. Trust me. Looking at the page right now.

whait what, the VA and Deathwatch lists....is then even legal? or are you planning this using house rules. but as for the list, all thing considered with the suspensors on the H Bolter this list is fairly solid, alittle low on troops, but...solid.

Technically no, but as all we play is house/fun and not really any sanctioned Tourneys AT ALL. (I.E. all the tourneys here I run.) we can pretty much go as we please.

i just love the suspensor attachment for the HB.

with certain restrictions

Wakim i have found a way past the no more than 2 wounds and swarms.

Take a Tomb Spyder, it has 2 wounds and is allowed then you can just create scarabs.

I’m just going from memory here steve so I could be wrong, but I was sure that the Heavy bolter upgrade could only be taken in a full DW kill team, and couldn’t be an upgrade for a DW vet in an ordinary tact squad.

May be worth checking unless this is an extension of the house rules
