1850 points list for criteque

Well I've been tinkering around with my army list for a while now and this is what I came up with as something to strive for, adding parts of the whole and moving up the points total and expanding my army. With christmas closing in It'd be handy to know what I want before hand.

1 Autarch /w Swoophawk wings, mandiblasters, fusion gun, power sword

1 Farseer /w doom

10 Dire avengers /w exarch, dual shuriken catapults, bladestorm

6 Guardian jet bikes /w 2 shuriken cannons

10 Howling banshees /w exarch, executioner, warshout

1 Wave serpent /w shuricannon,twin linked shurricannons, spirit stones

6 Fire dragons /w exarch, dragons breath flamer, crack shot

6 Swooping hawks /w exarch, skyleap, intercept, hawks talon, power sword

5 Shining spears /w exarch, starlance, withdraw

1 Falcon /w holofields, shuricannon, shuricannon, spirit stones

1 Fire prism /w holofields, spirit stones

3 War walkers /w scatterlasers, spirit stones

If you saw my old list you may have noticed I dropped the rangers and guardians, the rangers were to slow and shooty for what I liked doing and haven't killed a single model yet... and my guardians pretty much just fall down and die, so I haven't had much success with them yet, perhaps I'm just to new to use them effectively or just really unlucky.

A few questions though, are swooping hawk exarchs allowed to have both a power sword and a hawks talon? It sounds like it in the codex and I think from a athsetic point of view it would be awsome. Also I was wondering if I should drop the war walkers and get another fire prism and some phycic powers for my farseer or drop the seer and get some more hawks?

The basic straegy is to flank the enemy and create little combos with my units, much like everyone says the eldar should. the farseer rides in the serpent with the banshees dooming there targets while the serpent itself lats down a round of support fire usually this unit is gonna be the counter assault for my fire dragons as they get to work on the vehicles. The fire dragons themselves just go blow up scary stuff while there falcon blows more stuff up, covering the from any infantry stupid enough to get close. The autarch flys with the hawks and plays a support role for the game, they'll be my backup type unit blowing up vehicles the dragons and falcon can't get to and laying down cover fire for the banshees and anything else that needs it, if they get shot up I can always just skyleap em out and start dropping gernades. The guardian jet bikes ride with the shining spears and act as a shield for them to get close enough to charge in and tear the enemy apart, this unit will ussualy charge what ever the dire avengers bladestormed to finish them off or take downany threats to my war walkers. The dire avengers along with the walker foot slog to the nearest unit and lay down the hurt with tons of shooting, the bigger the unit the better. The fire prism just sits back and blows stuff up, nuff said.

My main opponents are gonna be black templars, necrons, and witch hunters and maybe orks. Any ideas how this list would fair against those type of armies? I've heard alot of success stories concerning harlies and totally love the models and fluff on them any ideas how'd they fair in this army? I do miss my pathfinders, I loved the fluff and feel of them but I don't think they fit in this army very well but would still love to field them... I was also thinking of the possibilities of fielding the avengers in a wave serpent. Any comments will be much appreciated!
