Default missing pheonix lords?

what happened to the original exarch of the warp spiders and shining spears?
were they not importent/powerful enough to be considered pheonix lords? or did they just fall and noone took up the mantle or their body was lost. also, what about the fallen pheonix, Arhra; do you guys think he is really the father of the incubi?

Most of the Aspects were around pretty much since the fall so their phoenix lords have had a long time to develop thier skills in various bodies.

Warp Spiders are a relativly new aspect so the best of its Exarchs wouldn't be skillful enough to be classed a phoenix lord...

then again I could be compleatly off...

They may have their own Pheonix Lord but they may have fallen in battle and their armour is waiting to be recovered and worn by an Exarch so they may live once more.....!

wait i realized somethin. the others were appointed/taught by the first dire avenger exarch (forget the name) so maybe the new ones, as you said, never got any phenionix lord armour, or it was lost.

I don't think there are "phoenis lords" for the Shining Spears and Warp Spiders.

As we all should know, there are lots and lots of Aspects - the most common ones being Striking Scorpions, Howling Banshees, Fire Dragons, Dire Avengers, Swooping Hawks, Dark Reapers, Warp Spiders and the Shining Spears. Now, we know that they're the most common - but that doesn't mean they necessarily have Phoenix Lords.

For all we know, Shining Spears were started by an elite cadre of Guardian Jetbikers, or even Dire Avengers who used jetbikes - becoming Shining Spears. Thus, they don't have an individual creator, but rather a group - they may have simply risen to popularity because the young Eldar think "Hey, that's pretty cool" or because they're dangerous aspects and thus they think they can prove themselves more.

I know it's kind of a bad explanation, but it's the best I can think of - perhaps they simply don't have Phoenix Lords

This has been interesting me since I first saw the new Eldar codex. Look in back half of it, just before the points listing part. Where all the Pheonix Lords are. This might just be me, but it looks like one is missing. Theres 3 on one side, but then just 2 on the other with an empty ledge. Who was on there?

No, I mean page 58, where the Avatar is walking out of his chamber to meet the 3 Eldar waiting for him. There are statues either side of the room he is walking into, and one at the top. At the top is Asurmen, on the right are Kandaras, Baharroth, and Feugen, and on the left there is Maugen Ra, Jain Zarr, and an empty ledge. Surely that means one is missing?

yea ur right! thats weird. maybe there was another aspect, the shrine on a craftworld that got absorbed by the eye of terror, like maugun ra's, only they never escaped. perhaps they wait for another pheonix lord to rise. perhaps its just a small detail GW put in there unintentionally that doesnt really mean anything at all.

I didn't think it was possible for a template weapon to be multiple? assault, yes, but not multi-shot.

This is true. Just because GW never uses it doesn't mean you can't do it. What if you have 2 flamers in one squad? You resolve one, then the other. Same for this weapon.

It did use a warp generator, but it acted more like a Matrix style super hero thing.
