| ive gone up against a vibro cannon and all you really need to take is 1 not 3. Yes you do draw the line down from the gun. When i played against a friends eldar army he had one in it. It didnt hit that often but the one time it did it hurt big time. as i said i would take it but i would only take one |

Blog Entries: 4 | Its a 36" line if you roll a hit from any cannon in the battery in any direction and everything under the line takes damage! I tend to take three but thats because I have the models (old ones but they still count) and Ive used a FOC slot on them so I might as well use it to its fullest advantage also the extra strength from the extra units never hurts!

Blog Entries: 4 | I like it-the potential for up to 6 strength 6 (the rules say for each one after the first-so we play 1=S4,2=S5 and 3=S6, we might be wrong but thats the way we interprit the rules) hits against units and auto glancing hits against armour is a great bonus and even if you loose some of the cannons you still keep the multiple hits and auto glancing you just loose a bit of strength! I realy like them-no guess ranges like D Cannons!

Blog Entries: 4 | Its a terrible example they give-but no surprises there! I use them but I like the versatility of them-both anti infantry and armour-my main opponents are Guard so I need the flexibility-the poor AP makes them less usefull against well armoured foes-but inflict enough hits and even they fail saves (Ive seen Terminators fall to Shuriken pistol fire)

| Banned | my girlfriend used to like vibro cannons...  (no really, she used to dabble with elder, much to my disappointment.) i love vibro cannons. a battery of three of them is helpful to put up the Sts and Ap of the weapon, though other than that you dont really need them, though since youre wasting a whol heavy slot on them, you might as well take as many as you can |

Blog Entries: 4 | Exactly my point if youve taken one you might as well take three-youve used the FOC slot, it gives the Strength increase + chance of hitting and it gives the increased survivability for the detachment!

Shadow Weavers have 48G range Vibro Cannons have 36 auto hitting anything in a 36" line (only one line per battery?) Shadow Weavers are blast weapons Vibro Cannons hit D6 times Shadow Weavers are S6 AP- Vibro Cannons are S6 (in batteries) AP- Shadow Weavers are heavy 1 and cheap (30 points a gun) Vibro Cannons are pinning weapons and auto glance vehicles
