you can have all the infantry and all the superheavys you want and ill take you on and win with one 5 man squad of my wolf guard, unbound cherubael, and a plastic spork.... in fact just a conscript armed with the aforementioned spork....
and technically because cherubael is just pure warp energy i wouldn't technically need a model to represent something with the stats of a chaos titan.

Here are a few ideas that sprang to mind. A morale bonus for all your troops, a negative morale modifier for your enemy, you can redeploy your troops up to 6 or 12 inches before the game starts(because Warhounds are scout Titans).

you'd have to keep the Warlords at LEAST 24" apart because their carapace weapons cant fire under that range.
Against so many Imperial Guard I'd have to go for:

Warlord
2 Vulcan Mega Bolters (Range:60" STR:6 AP:3 Heavy 15) as carapace weapons, with a Plasma Destructor (Range:72"/96" STR:8/10 AP:2/2 Ordnance 3, 7" Blast/Ordnance 2, 10" Blast) and Gatling Blaster (Range:72" STR:8 AP:3 Heavy 6, 5" Blast) as arm weapons
Warhound
2 Vulcan Mega Bolters as arm weapons.

That should scythe through Guard infantry pretty quickly

Yea with IG i would have to take some heavies, like a SS/BB company or the such.

BUT i also would have a swarm of Footsloggers as it would be too funny to see them scampering about between the legs of a chaos titan!!
