| I still have a necromunda gang, but I know absolutely no one who still plays. Most of the guys at my local shop played back in the day, but nobody now. A coupla years ago I tried to revive the game, but never found any real takers. Still have the big rule book sitting right here though...

Blog Entries: 4 | Bought the new rule book about a year or so ago with full intentions of getting back into it-dusted off all the scenery and everything. But found the lack of new models off putting (Im not the best at conversions and there are only so many juves with a pistol and knife out there!) so a few gangers got painted and then everything was just left to gather dust,waiting for somthing to happen! |

| that's a real shame... I know about 2 years ago there was a mad sellers market for the stuff on ebay. I wonder if thats the case now. I'll have to check.

| Conscript | ive still got my original scavvy gang, which bcame a legend in the original campaign we ran way back when (until my scaly killed the infamous boss Dr Who with a rogue scatter cnnon shot...) i play the odd game now and again, thought since its just me and my bud playing, it looses the great feel the original campaign we ran which had almost 20 players in it (10 regulars) good times  |

| I never really got a feel for it back in it's hayday as I was about 12 when it peaked. My mom wasn't too keen on the idea of letting me hang out with a bunch of weird middleaged guys down at the shop all afternoon without her supervision, and the guys at the shop were so unaccusotomed to seeing women, that they couldn't stop making idiots of themselves. This only confirmed my mom's tensions, so I only ever got to play with a friend of mine.

| A few of my friends play. One has almost thirty Escher gangers (the leader of which curses everything which touches it, my Broadside hasen't blown up a tank in months). I have about 15 Deleque. We are going to try to get it going in our local club when we are done with our Vogan campagain. |

I play a rogue Delaque gang, that strays as far as possible from the actually Delaque rules, but is still legal (Eg. One of my heavy weaponists is an Ork who has been stranded in the underhive for years) =]

| Yeah Necromunda was tops on my list until I played BFG but its still way up there. I get my fix of 2nd edition 40k, which while a flawed strategy game is a great skirmish rule set. You fall in love with your characters and they dont seem to get as stupidly over powered as with Mordheim-plus Mordheim's hand to hand sucks and that is what the game is meant for. I'd play you but it looks like you are in england.

| Conscript | ive been playing necromunda since it came out sometime towards the end of the last millenium with my (t)rusty scavvies. my group plays with amix of the old/new rules and its a great game, easily in the top three (alongside BFG and blood bowl!) i heartily recomend it to anyone who hasnt tried it out before and contrary to what most people say, you only need 2 people to play the game - my best friend and i spent an entire summer playing against each other and it was probably the most fun ie had playign a GW game (until gorkamorka came out that is  ) |

| Re: necromunder I played long ago. Had a Orlock gang, not a soul plays in rockford illinois anymore which is a shame,as i would love to start again. Also cant find takers for Space Hulk. These games need more GW support and a real re-release maybe a boxed game version of Necromunda like Mordheim was. |

| Re: necromunder The Space Hulk game was awesome and I'll still pick it up and play once in a while. I still play Necromunda whenever I can get a decent amount of players going. It's a pain to do at GW stores though because they hate to support Specialist games. Good thing for me is that I have more than enough viable terrain at my house and a good amount of the gangs already. The one thing with Necromunda and most Specialist games is that most of the FAQ's and living rule books make the game worse.
