  |  Fantasy armies Hail! Right then, I've listed all my 40K stuff elsewhere on site but I haven't really said anything much about fantasy. I started fantasy with 3e, Dark Elf army in fact. Menghil Manhide's Marauders and so on. Almost that entire army had to go away, over 3000 points when the 4th edition came out. The miniatures were larger and the loadouts on the old lead just didn't work. So out with the old, complete rebuild with new. Add new stuff with 5e, and 6e, cycling out some units or heavily converting them. So now I have over 10,000 points of Dark Elves. About a third painted. Here and there an old lead mini hangs out. They are in storage at the moment due to no one to play. I have a largish Dwarf Army, new, more than 3000 points I think, and none of it painted yet. I got it all for Xmas actually. LOL I have a 2000 point Bretonnian Army that is only partially assembled. These are older plastic Brets with a few of the really old lead ones scattered around. They were given to me by people collecting the lizardmen and such. That's my fantasy lot. At the moment the Dwarfs interest me. I think there are one or two old lead ones hanging around somewhere. I have three of the old styrofoam Mighty Fortresses which should suit them very well indeed. I added hoarding to some of those although it is all now in storage. Wish there were someone around here who played Fantasy. Sister Sin

  | Re: Fantasy armies I had a huge Dark Elf army but i sold most of it on ebay but i think i still got the Manhide reg and about 40 other DE mix of Witch's and warriors.

| Re: Fantasy armies I play fantasy, 2k pure night goblins (have quite a bit left to paint) and 3k tomb kings (same situation).

| Re: Fantasy armies hey guys , wow 10k pts, that alot of evil right ther  i have 3kish of chaos beasts ive only realy got to play 2wice so far. alot still needs to be built and most needs painting. but i been loosing interests in them latly. im thinkin i might start a chaos mortals army but now with all the talk of the redo and with the new deamon stuff i dont know how its gonna turn out so ill probly wait. would like to do some lizardmen but again that seems like a big undertaking. we will see thers a ton of fantasy players here localy so i want to figure it out. anyone know about what goin on with the fantasy chaos stuff?

| Re: Fantasy armies they are going to get an errata-ed(i guess thats how you type it) army book when the demon books come out. they wont be getting an official army book this year, the next one is dark elves after demons and they will be nasty
