Blog Entries: 1  |  WAB well everyone, i would like to introduce you to warhammer ancient battles. WAB uses the fantasy rules, but ignores magic/fanciful things in lieu of a more historic approach. this is not nessecarily another rules set made by fans, but a way to build army lists and play an army of old, and such can be intergrated fully with the warhammer fantasy rules set. some people have made historic armies of scotland, some england, i myself, well, i am repainting some knights i got in a trade to be knights templar and the historic crusader armies. not that this is an army in itself, but a side painting project. my main focus is still on skaven/tau. so come, share your thoughts, your models, and knowledge about WAB in this thread!

| Re: WAB This always seemed cool to me but I was kinda bummed they never made specific models for it. I mean If I'm using Empire state troops as HRE state troops I mise well just play WHFB. Good luck though and be sure to post up pics. BvL

Blog Entries: 6 | Re: WAB I understand what your talking about marcus? anyone heard of warhammer 20CC? it was an offical rules set based of 3rd ed 40K i think? but it was historicly set during the 2WW the rules had also been tweaked in places too. i have the print outs...somewhere. probobly buired under a mound of crap/rubbish/models/clothes/god only knows what ><
