Blog Entries: 1 | Therein lies the dilema. Termies would be ok, not sure that Assault Marines, Raptors, ect. would be sufficent. Maybe we should limit the amount of high strength and low AP weapons for the defender?

| i was gonna save this for if i made the custode list but since that is on the back burner well my notes go as follow attacker= american air cav defender= NVA regulars just a clarification for ease of reading scenerio : THE VALLEY OF DEATH Turns: 7 objectives: attacker: Survive Defenders: Destory all attackers in this scenerio the attacker ends up being on defense the army entering from the LZ is considered the attacker only HQ and troop choices allowed in this scenerio deployment zones and reserves: Attacker: sttacker "deep strikes" into the designated LZ only attacker deploys hq and 2 troops choices reserves arrive as follows for attacker turns 3 or later only maximum of 2 squads per turn Special : on turns 2,4,6 attacker may call in arty support 1. choose designated target area 2. place ordanace marker 3. roll scatter,arty die and 2d6 roll for casualties 4. roll aditional scatter die and 1d6 roll for casualties again 5. repeat step 4. Artillery battery S 9 AP 3 Defenders: deploy entering from any table edge sustaind assault(the one where they keep coming back) (ive got a map for this too ill edit the post later)

| well i based it off of the marine dex when i made it and i didnt want any one trying to slip a dread in there or one of the traits that lets you take Devs as elites that type of thing i figured if they wanted an elite squad they could upgrade teh command squad

| right light infantry so only the heavy weapons that a squad can carry like rocket launchers light machine guns flame throwers or racial eq.

| havent quite figured that one out on one hand if you drop pod there is extra terrein and guns but if you want to switch up races not all races have a drop pod to speak of so it would have to be some race specific insertion by vehicle/teleport/elevator/tunnel

| The Munkey Master ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Keeping with historical POV I would say allow them DS and maybe a air strafe ( I think rules are in IA with the ork plane in them) this would allow reserves to come on the board and have a certain attack of opportunity like an aiship to drop troops firing a HVY bolter from aircraft..... EDIT **** hvy bolter OR race equiv with insertion of reserves IE eldar would get the suriken cannon tyrnid would get the equiv (venom cannon?)
