Blog Entries: 1 | I think you should knock them down to W1, and keep the points the same. They could be a bit overpowered with that, and it could be a pain in the ass keeping track of who's got wounds an who hasent.

Blog Entries: 5 | Haha... The only thing I ask is to NOT modify the bolter/bolt pistol. Making the bolter assault _ makes the pistol useless. Keep them their original stats, imho.

Blog Entries: 5 | Meh, it just always seemed to absolutely negate the pistols usefulness. IF you're going to mod the bolter to assault to 'more accurately reflect it' make it one handed as well, that's how I see it being fired 9/10

| Here's the rules for a NORMAL movie marine. these were in WD 300 and i think in some black gobbo...
Combat knives, Bolters & Grenades However, bolters are Range 36'', S6, AP4, assault 4 rending; grenades can be thrown 6'' to make a S8 AP3 small blast...oh. and combat knives count as rending. yea. special rules: all marines have fleet, move through cover, infiltrate, 'count as' auspex, and POWER armour. POWER armour gives a 3+ armour save and 3+ invulnerable save. if you get the armour save, and fail it, you can still roll the invulnerable save. so if hit by a bolter, you get both. if hit by a melta gun, only the invul. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
