|  joining the scourge! well its lookin like im gonna get this necron army i been lookin at. im trading a bunch of dnd books and some $$$ for about 3k+ of necrons. i always liked the crons since they came out as a list in WD. so i guess what i need help with is strats and list suggestions. ill post some pics when i get em.

| ohh man. i cant wait!! my necron army was shipped yesterday. so i should have them tuesday, woohoo. a quick run down of whats comming. lord- on foot lord- destroyer (i have the old lord too) 60x warriors 9x destroyers 10x flayed ones( but i guess these are missing the claws) 5x immortals 3x tomb spiders 1x monolith necron dex i thihk thats about it. im excited ill post some pics when i get em.

| im gonna keep them silver and red. will probly go in and do some washing and highlighting to get then good and anchient looking. but i like the red and dont want to have to put much into em seing as ther mostly painted already. will be nice to have a finnished painted army to play with. so i will be bable to take my time with my chaos, and still be able to play games. plus i doubt ill get as many points as i will have for the crons so ill accualy be able to play apoc.

 | Cool. Sounds pretty good. I too have all of a sudden started looking at Necrons, i literraly sat all today reading the codex in the store, they jsut seem extremely interesting, the only downside i see about them, is that most cron armies iv seen 1st hand, which is actually less than 5 i think lol, is the same monotuous bland boring silver scheme

| my biggest piece of advice; don't ever use your monolith's particle whip unless you've gotten the 1st turn... always, always, always teleport a unit and get those WBB re-rolls!  it'll drive your opponent absolutely mental and infuriate them to no end.there's honestly nothing more depressing than dowing all but 1 warrior in a unit of 12+ only to see every last one of the buggers get back up because of that damn teleporting through the 'lith! oh, and a viel of darkness is also good fun! cheers!
